About us

Much About Marketing provides business improvement, marketing, productivity and technology services, including websites, SEO, digital marketing, AI tools and automation, and apps and innovation.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" means Much About Marketing. "You" means the person using the website or submitting a form, and the business they represent.

The Business Check-Up, Short Game and Long Game

The business checks are free tools that help you identify areas of your business that may benefit from improvement. Depending on the option you choose, you will receive the appropriate review as outlined.

  • Business Check-Up results are general information based on the answers you provide. They are not a quote, a proposal or a commitment by either party to undertake work.
  • We do not provide services outside our scope. Where appropriate, we may suggest a suitably qualified professional or support service.
  • We aim to send your reports within 48 business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is a target, not a guarantee.

The Website health check

The Website health check runs an automated test of a public web page using Google PageSpeed Insights and reports the results for speed, accessibility, best practices and SEO.

  • You may only check a website that you own or manage. This is why the report is sent to an email address at the website's own domain.
  • Results are a snapshot at the time of the test and may change from one test to the next.
  • The check covers what the automated tool measures. It is not a full audit of your website.

Your responsibilities

When you use the website or submit a form, you agree to:

  • Provide information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share.
  • Not include passwords, bank account details, payment card details or other sensitive information that is not necessary for your assessment.
  • Not submit information about another person or business without their permission.
  • Not misuse the website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, security or forms.

Emails from us

If you complete a form, we will email you about your results or your enquiry. If you choose to receive keypoints by email, we will send you a short series of emails about the topics you selected.

Every keypoints email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop them at any time.

Our content

The content on this website, including text, images, the playing card artwork, logos and design, belongs to Much About Marketing or is used with permission. You may view and print it for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it for any other purpose without our written permission.

Your business check reports are yours to keep and use within your business.
